Hello! I’m Shi Boykin, proud owner of French Hen House. 

I watched my mother bake wonderful delicious desserts and the excitement it created. I too enjoy making something special. To see others enjoying my desserts makes me feel warm and glow.

I believe my cheesecake is my specialty! I enjoy making “her”. My cheesecake is light, creamy with a balance of flavors and the graham cracker crust is so buttery. Before you know it you have had two or three slices! No judgement! Go ahead and try my signature Cheesecakes. I’m sure you’ll enjoy every slice!
