15 pieces. Comes in 3 flavors – regular, Ube and Pandan. A unique Filipino dessert, made with Palitaw (Filipino mochi) and Yema (caramel custard). These Palitaw mochi balls are filled with Yema and rolled in coconut.
Palitaw, meaning “to float” is a sweet, sticky rice cake, very similar to Mochi. The dough is dropped in boiling water, and floats when cooked. Yema, also known as Filipino caramel, is a custard-like filling made with milk and egg yolks.
