We will contact you via phone or email to plan your design. We may ask for a photo to use as inspiration, but we will not duplicate an exact design. An additional fee may be required depending on how elaborate your design is.
- Ships frozen. Can be stored in freezer for up to 6 weeks, or refrigerated for up to 5 days.
- Allow 7-10 days to process orders. May ship earlier upon availability.
