What is Sinful Treats Online Marketplace?

Sinful Treats Online Marketplace is a one stop online bakeshop where you’ll find all types of baked goods, as well as gourmet food and beverages. A place where food makers and food lovers come together, where local Sellers can easily showcase and sell their products to people looking to conveniently shop online for a wide variety of baked treats and gourmet food.

 

What are Sinful Treats’ shipping policies?
Sinful Treats and our Sellers take pride in all the products we offer. We do our best to accommodate every customer and ship out high quality products in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date.
 
Sinful Treats is not responsible for situations outside of our control such as the weather and shipping delays once the product is in the hands of our shipping carriers. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date and time. In some cases, we will ship earlier than your request date to avoid possible delays.

 

Does Sinful Treats ship outside the U.S.?

We ship nationwide, from the west to the east coast. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, or other countries at this time.

Does Sinful Treats ship to P.O. Boxes?

We’re able to ship to residential addresses, apartment buildings, company offices and venues. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not recommend shipping to USPS, UPS, or FedEx facilities.

Does Sinful Treats require a signature for delivery?

Sinful Treats does not require a signature for the delivery. We will ship to the address provided by the customer. Sinful Treats is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

What is your Shipping Schedule?

We ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Shipping takes 3-5 business days. Orders usually take 3-5 days to process before shipping. Some products such as cakes may take up to 10 days to process before shipping.

How far in advance should I place an order?

We suggest placing an order at least 2 weeks before the date you need it. During the holidays, plan ahead and place your orders at least 3 weeks before, or even one month before. The sooner, the better.

How are orders packaged and shipped?

Most products are made to order by each Seller to ensure freshness. Each Seller prepares,  packages the order, and ship it from their location.

Some products will be shipped frozen and packaged with ice packs. Other products with a longer shelf life, such as cookies and coffee beans, will be shipped in their regular packaging.

Our current shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx. Customers have the option to choose the following: USPS Priority Mail (3 days) or Priority Mail Express (2 days), and FedEx Standard Overnight. Sinful Treats does not guarantee arrival times and is not responsible for shipping delays by the carriers.

We recommend choosing USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx Standard Overnight for Cakes and other frozen products.

Can the products be picked up instead of shipping?

Currently, we are allowing Pick Ups in Elk Grove, CA only. The Seller will contact the customer to arrange pick up date, time, and location.

Does Sinful Treats offer refunds, returns or cancellations?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations.
 
In rare cases, we will allow cancellations on products ordered if we are notified 5 business days before the order is scheduled to ship.
Can I have my items shipped with special requests?

You can write any special requests, instructions and gift messages in the Special Request box when you check out. We will do our best to accommodate your special requests within reason.

Does Sinful Treats accept corporate orders?

Absolutely! We can make gift giving easy and convenient for you. We can make custom gifts with custom logo labels and personalized messages for all budgets. Most of our clients give us a list of names and addresses, and we take it from there. Call us at (888) 994-6385.
